2011 Tokyo Auto Show: Honda Small EV Concept + Honda Micro Commuter Concept
2011 Tokyo Auto Show: Honda Small EV Concept + Honda Micro Commuter Concept

Aside from the AC-V concept, Honda will also be releasing two other EV models next month at the Tokyo Motor Show. Honda's Small EV Concept looks to be a futuristic EV version of the Beat or CR-Z convertible. It appears for now that this could be the concept successor to the S2000 or the Beat. Honda's Micro Commuter Concept is a battery-powered city commuter that would be accessible to the masses if produced. This would bring the EV accessibility down to everyone. Although vague, Honda states that this car will offer a new type of communication between people and mobility and will feature an easily customizable exterior. Surprisingly, Honda's Motor Compo electric bike will fit into this car.
